Something different to do with lamb.

Ingredients

400ml coconut milk
150g basmanti rice
4 lamb leg steaks
2 tbsp curry paste

Method

  1. Cook the rice in the coconut milk with 1 1/2 tbsp curry paste mixed into it.
  2. Coat the lamb in the remaining curry paste, cook to taste.

A quick and easy solution to dinner that tastes great.
